Conference Room Rentals

Looking for a convenient, professional space to hold your next meeting? The new Chamber office has two state-of-the-art conference spaces that will meet your needs.

Williamson Chamber Conference Room Rentals are available for rent seven days a week, 7 am to 10 pm, subject to scheduling availability. We also offer a convenient kitchen nook and a spacious reception area. Whether you’re a corporate group of 50 or a planning team of six, we have a space that will work for you.

Large Conference Room

Our Large Conference Room offers 800 square feet of conference space, perfect for your next meeting, gathering or seminar. It features:

• Conference table seating for 20+

• Classroom-style seating for 30

• Theater-style seating for 50

• A screen to display PowerPoint presentations

• Dry easel board

• Kitchen facilities available: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker

Belmont Conference Room

Our Belmont Conference Room is ideal for your smaller meetings or conferences.  It offers:
