SUMMARY:TN Soccer Friendship Cup
DESCRIPTION:On November 11th and 12th of 2023 TSSA will host the Fall Friendship Cup in Franklin\, TN at Williamson County Soccer Association. This is a biannual youth recreational soccer event for ages 6-19. The purpose of the event is to give our recreational teams the opportunity to participate in a festival type event where they may get to travel and play teams that they typically do not get to play. Teams that are registered and play locally in one of TSSA’s Member Recreational Clubs are eligible to use their current team or form a team within their club to participate in the event. \nIf you are interested in finding out more information please call 615-590-2200\, or email info@tnsoccer.org.

SUMMARY:Disney's The Jungle Book Kids
DESCRIPTION:The STAR (Student Theatrical Arts Resource) Program offering for the fall of 2023 is Disney’s The Jungle Book Kids with classes offered in College Grove and Franklin. The jungle is jumpin’ with a jazzy beat in this play specially adapted from the classic Disney animated film and features a host of colorful characters and your favorite songs from the movie. Banished by the ferocious tiger\, Shere Khan\, a human boy named Mowgli and his panther friend\, Bagheera\, are on the run in the deepest parts of the jungle. On their journey\, the two meet a sinister snake named Kaa\, a herd of elephants and a giant bear named Baloo\, who teaches them the swingin’ musical rhythms of the jungle. After surviving a dangerous encounter with a band of monkeys led by King Louie\, Mowgli and Bagheera are forced to run for their lives.
