As BrightStone’s most established fundraising event\, the Jim Hinton Memorial Golf Benefit hosts the community for a fun day of golfing for a great cause. Now in its 23rd year\, BrightStone’s Golf Benefit has raised over $3\,000\,000 to help fund BrightStone’s programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. \nBrightStone’s golf benefit is unique in that golfers do not “pay to play.” Instead of paying a fee to register\, golfers register for FREE and then seek donors and sponsors through peer-to-peer fundraising with a goal to raise at least $3\,000 per player.
