Each will describe their services\, but also tell stories about how lives are being positively impacted.\nHigh Hopes is located at 301 High Hopes Court in Franklin\, off South Royal Oaks Boulevard.\nFrankTalks is presented monthly usually on the second Monday of the month at various locations around Franklin by Franklin Tomorrow and presenting partner Renasant Bank. Sustaining partners Atmos Energy and Williamson Health are also part of the program. The date was moved this month due to Spring Break in area schools.\nThe event starts at 9 a.m. with a 30-minute coffee social provided by Lyon Leadership Group\, the local McDonald’s franchisee. The hour-long program begins at 9:30 a.m.

Written and performed by Doris Fields (Lady D) and backed by a 4-piece band\, the show follows the life of Bessie Smith from her beginnings in Chattanooga and the tent shows of the South to the glamorous stages of Harlem. DESCRIPTION:Spring Lantern Hikes\nFriday\, March 1\, 2024\n6 – 8 pm \nFriday\, April 12\, 2024\n7:30 – 9:30 pm \nCost: $18 / person\nAges 12+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. \nGate opens 30 minutes before program start. Program begins promptly at noted time. No late entries. No exceptions. \nPack dinner and arrive early to picnic on the grounds. We are a pack-in/pack-out facility – please plan to take your trash with you. \nCome along on a nighttime adventure! We’ll explore the woods at night by lantern light\, listen for the sounds of nocturnal animals including owls\, coyotes\, crickets and frogs\, and share stories about the history of Owl’s Hill. \nThis program is for adventurers who are looking for a longer hike than our typical evening programs. The route is 1.5 miles of moderately challenging natural surface trail. Participants can expect moderate uphill and downhill hiking as well as areas of uneven terrain. Once the hike departs\, participants are expected to stay with the group for the duration of the hike. \nClosed-toe shoes suitable for hiking are strongly recommended. \nFor the safety and comfort of all participants\, participants are not permitted to carry additional sources of light (headlamps\, flashlights\, etc.). Lanterns will be provided.
