The collaboration between dancers\, musicians and singers results in a spirited lively interchange and\, of course\, audience of all ages will be delightfully engaged! \nNashville Irish Step Dancers have won numerous Championship awards at the Southern Regional Irish Dance Championship\, North American Irish Dance Championship\, All-Ireland’s Championship and placed at the World Championship in Dublin Ireland. They have also performed with the Celtic Music legends “The Chieftains” numerous times and were featured on their DVD “Down the Old Plank Road”.

The jack-of-all trades\, Bert\, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense\, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures\, but Jane and Michael aren’t the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that “Anything can happen if you let it.” \nFour Performances will be March 24-26 at the College Grove Artsitorium in College Grove\, Tennessee. Performances will be 7pm on Friday\, 2pm and 7pm on Saturday\, and 2pm on Sunday. \nNote: The 2pm performance on Saturday\, March 25th will be a sensory/family friendly performance. This performance will include:\n• Lower sound level\n• Reduction of loud\, startling or jarring sounds\n• House lights on at a low level in the theatre during the performance\n• A reduction of stage lighting and special effects lighting on stage and on the audience\n• Patrons are free to talk and move around during the performance\n• Please feel free to bring comforting objects\, such as fidget toys and weighted stuffed animals or lap blankets\, as well as noise-reducing headphones.\n• This is a great opportunity for those with sensitivity to sensory input and young children to attend the show in a more comfortable setting.
