DESCRIPTION:Exploration of the yoga tradition for kids!\nThis 6 week series is designed to enrich your homeschool curriculum. Deborah will lead your kids age 6-11 through learning yoga postures (asana)\, breath work (pranayma practices) and mindfulness practices. Learning will be done through play\, stories and appropriate repetition over the 6 weeks. Some benefits of adopting a yoga practice include emotional regulation\, self acceptance and deep compassion for others and of course feeling good in the physical body.
