Puckett’s now accepting Thanksgiving to go orders, reservations for family-style holiday dinner

All A. Marshall Hospitality Restaurants will be open on Thanksgiving Day

Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant and A. Marshall Hospitality sister concepts Scout’s Pub, Americana Taphouse and Deacon’s New South invite guests to enjoy an array of dining options this Thanksgiving.

Puckett’s highly anticipated holiday to go menu is now available to pre-order. Entrée options include smoked, roasted or fried turkeys and bone-in breasts; smoked spiral ham; and the Southern restaurant’s signature cherry wood-smoked brisket, pulled pork and baby back ribs. Seasonal sides including cornbread dressing; cranberry relish; green bean, sweet potato or broccoli-rice casserole; and mashed potatoes complement the selection of meats, with a selection of homemade pies and fruit cobblers rounding out the menu. $30 mimosa take-home kits are also available and include a choice of orange or cranberry juice or apple cider.

Thanksgiving orders will be accepted through Saturday, November 21. Pickup begins Monday, November 23 and is available daily from 8 to 10 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. through November 25 and from 7 to 10 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Orders can be placed by calling or visiting Puckett’s in person.

Each of Puckett’s six locations will be open for lunch on Thanksgiving Day, serving a three-course, family-style meal and $5 mimosas for those looking to indulge in a traditional feast. Seating times and pricing vary by restaurant, and those interested should call their nearest Puckett’s for more information.

Scout’s Pub, Americana Taphouse and Deacon’s New South will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Each restaurant will offer its full menu. Specials also include a Tennessee Brisket Hot Brown at Americana, featuring smoked brisket and turkey, sliced tomato and classic Mornay sauce atop Texas toast, and beer-braised pot roast at Scout’s, featuring hand-carved carrot, parmesan risotto and grilled broccolini topped with beer stout gravy, both created by A. Marshall Hospitality’s Regional Chef Jesse Quatro.

Deacon’s Executive Chef Chris Calder developed à la carte Thanksgiving offerings with suggested wine pairings. Turkey gumbo yaya is the featured appetizer, followed by turkey roulade with cranberry-sourdough stuffing, winter squash purée, wilted greens and gravy or smoked turkey leg with pencil corn grits, collard greens and cranberry gastrique for the main course. Dessert options include apple crisp or chocolate pecan pie.
