Chicago investors buy Brentwood-area apartment complex

The Arbors of Brentwood apartment complex has been sold for $45.25 million.

The Tennessean reports that the buyer was Chicago-based Redwood Capital Group, marking its first local investment. The seller was Virginia-based Harbor Group International.
