Referral Roundtable is a new member benefit from Williamson, Inc. that brings business professionals together each week to exchange referrals, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with intention. Each group is limited to one seat per industry to protect category exclusivity and ensure every participant has a clear path for lead generation and business growth.

Each participant is encouraged to share at least:

  • 1 referral per month, and

  • 3 referrals per quarter

The Referral Roundtable Committee will track leads, closed business, and collaboration wins — and we’ll highlight group successes in the Monday Minute and our quarterly newsletter.

Whether you’re a small business owner, a member of a sales team, or a decision-maker at a larger company, the Referral Roundtable is designed to support your growth. Groups are open to all Chamber members, and you may join one group at a time.

Weekly attendance is mandatory. Each seat is allowed two excused absences per quarter. Seat holders are encouraged to extend invitations to guests interested in joining a Referral Roundtable group (guests must be Chamber members).

Referral Roundtable is an application-based program. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to one participant per industry.

If your industry category is full, you’ll be added to the waitlist and notified as soon as the next group opens.
