To Host a Fitness Training Event for Belmont University Students last Friday
This husband and wife coaching duo took Belmont students through a typical Titans Cheerleading Fitness Friday workout session that the cheerleaders have become accustomed to for many years. With Coach Gary Kinder’s performance training expertise, the ladies train like an athlete for better stamina and performance endurance skills on the field during game days. They were excited to challenge Belmont students to join them in their Friday Fitness training and the students were very surprised at the level of athleticism of these young women.
