Barre3 Brentwood offers free outdoor classes all summer long
Boutique fitness brand commits to staying connected to community by hosting a Summer Park Series every Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. through August 26
Barre3 Brentwood has taken their signature 45-minute class outdoors with a Summer Park Series as a way to stay connected to the Williamson County community throughout these changing times. Each class begins at 6:30 p.m. and takes place at One Franklin Park, a spacious outdoor setting in Franklin owned and operated by Hall Emery. All classes are free to participants, and the only props needed are a mat/towel and water. In addition to the class, the boutique fitness studio has partnered with local businesses like Clean Juice, Pure Sweat + Float Studio, Taziki’s and more to offer exclusive deals and weekly giveaways in celebration of the vibrant health and wellness community in Brentwood.
Barre3 is a full-body, mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. Throughout the class, clients are guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach is for all fitness levels and is guaranteed to leave participants feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
The Summer Park Series kicked off on Wednesday, July 1 and will run through Wednesday, August 26. One Franklin Park is located at 6100 Tower Circle in Franklin, Tennessee and free parking is available to all guests. Guests can sign up prior to class using the links below via a MindBody account.

Barre3 Brentwood is committed to carrying out the recommendations from both the CDC and the local government and continues to be dedicated to the health and safety of the community. Social distancing guidelines are followed and enforced to ensure a safe and healthy experience for all guests. All participants are socially- distanced by at least 10 feet within the expansive park and are asked to stay on their mat for the duration of the workout. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available onsite during the classes as well.
In addition to these outdoor classes, the fitness studio is now open and offering in-studio classes with classes capped at 10 clients/class to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
