Make your garden the best ever in 2018
On April 7, 2018, the Mid-Tenn. Perennial Plant Society will once again offer you the most beautiful, most diverse, and healthiest garden plants in Tennessee at The PPS Plant Sale. The annual event, which begins at 9 a.m. at The Fairgrounds Nashville, is a great place to get the jump on summer with new plant varieties or to replace the beloved favorites you lost to this cold, cold winter.
The Sale, now in its 27th year, is one of the largest sales in Tennessee and supports local scholarships for Tennessee horticulture students and free public gardening programs at Cheekwood every month.
Looking for unusal plants? The PPS plant sale offers a huge selection of newly released and hard-to-find perennials from top local nurseries. Visit www.ppsmtn.org for a complete plant list.
Just getting your hands dirty with your first garden? The PPS Sale is filled with tried and tested varieties that have graced Tennessee gardens for decades. Plus expert “plant guides” will give you advice on what to buy, how to plant it, and how to keep it alive.
Admission to the sale is free; Metro charges $5 for parking. No carts, strollers or pets, please.
So whether you’re an experienced gardening hand or a newcomer to the exciting world of plants, the 2018 Perennial Plant Society Sale has the perfect plant for you. See you April 7!
