Tennessee Chamber Announces New Statewide Board Appointments to State’s Premier Business Association

West, Middle and East Tennessee Appointments from Tennessee’s Most Recognizable Businesses Including: Caterpillar Financial, Ballad Health, John Deere, Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation, HCA, LyondellBasell, CoreCovic, Coca-Cola, LBMC and others.

NASHVILLE, TN – The Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry announces new appointments to its 54-member board of directors this morning. The appointments represent all three grand divisions and are effective for a three-year term. The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the Tennessee Chamber, providing leadership and input into Chamber operations and its annual legislative and policy agenda.
Tennessee Chamber Board Chair Andrew Tavi, Senior Vice President of Corporate, External Affairs and Sustainability for Nissan Americas, will continue to serve in 2024 as Chair of the Board of Directors and noted, “I am excited to continue to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Chamber, and welcome the new members to the board for 2024. I look forward to working with Chamber staff, our Board of Directors and policymakers to continue Tennessee’s trend as a premier destination in the nation for businesses and economic prosperity.”
The new and current appointments consist of C-suite executives and Senior Leadership representing some of Tennessee’s top economic stimulators, including Nissan, FedEx, Amazon, CoreCivic, TVA and many others. The new appointments represent a variety of industry sectors that contribute significantly to Tennessee’s economic vitality. As one of Tennessee’s largest private not-for-profit organizations, the Tennessee Chamber maintains approximately 700 members across the state and affiliates with local chambers of commerce and economic development agencies and serves as the Tennessee Manufacturers Association.
