Buttercream 101

Sugar Drop is excited to offer Buttercream 101. In this basic class you will learn techniques and tips on the following:

Baking layers for a cake

Filling a Piping Bag

Buttercream Consistencies

Covering and Smoothing Cake

Basic round techniques

Recipes will be included for the perfect buttercream and chocolate cake.

Guests will need to bring a turntable. All other supplies are included in the cost of 75.00.

Refunds and Cancellations
Sugar Drop reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. A full refund will be issued if Sugar Drop must cancel a class for these reasons and will notify students 48 hours prior if a class will be canceled due to low enrollment.
