We are Oddity Improv, a non-profit performing arts organization based in Franklin, TN!

In addition to our weekly improv shows at the Mockingbird Theatre at the Factory and our robust training program, we also offer corporate events! Improv is an amazing tool for strengthening a team’s camaraderie, communication, and creativity. In Improv, the basic rule of “yes, and” supports and builds on each other’s ideas, promoting a counter-cultural, collaborative approach without competition. It fosters a supportive environment, where creativity flourishes through collective growth and mutual support.
