Led by QuickBooks Pro Jackie Bascom, a business consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate management and small business bookkeeping, this training focuses on real-world application — no fluff, just the practical tools and processes you need to manage your business finances more effectively.

Each session will focus on a core area of QuickBooks Online, with time for Q&A and real-time demonstrations.
Session 1 – Recording Basic Transactions
• Navigating QuickBooks Online
• Adding/matching bank & credit card transactions
• Using registers, recurring transactions, and reconciliations
Session 2 – Recording Sales, Payments & Deposits
• Invoicing vs. direct deposit methods
• Creating customer profiles, invoices, and sales receipts
• Managing income, credits, and payment processing
Session 3 – Paying Bills & Vendor Management
• Bill entry vs. direct expense tracking
• Managing vendor data, applying credits, and tracking payables
• Intro to 1099 prep
Session 4 – Leveraging Reports & Payroll Overview
• Reading and customizing reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Exporting data and scheduling reports
• High-level payroll setup and processing
