Leadership Franklin Now Accepting Applications for Class of 2026-2027
FRANKLIN, TN – (January 21, 2026) – Leadership Franklin has announced that it is now accepting applications for its twenty-ninth class, which will run from August 2026 through May 2027.
“We are proud that Leadership Franklin continues to be a much-desired program for current and emerging leaders in our community,” said Paula Harris, Executive Director for the organization. “With over 500 alumni, Leadership Franklin is a cornerstone of our community. Our next class will be especially unique as they will represent our 30th year anniversary. We encourage anyone interested to complete the application.”

About Leadership Franklin
Leadership Franklin is a non-profit community leadership organization dedicated to educating, informing, and empowering leaders to improve the quality of life in Franklin and Williamson County. Participants are chosen each year based on their commitment to the community, previous involvement in community, civic, or professional organizations, and demonstrated leadership in current or prior roles.
Program Overview
Participants meet monthly for ten months to attend a series of classes that highlight and analyze key segments of the community. The curriculum covers topics such as history, government, business, law enforcement, entertainment, education, land resources, and quality of life. Each year, class members collaborate on a community project. During the second year of commitment, participants are responsible for planning program days for the incoming class.
