Blood Assurance Calls on Our Community to Save Lives—Local Blood Drives Scheduled for March 2025
[Franklin, TN] – Blood Assurance is proud to announce our series of blood donation events throughout the Williamson County area this March. Our mission is simple but critical: to ensure a stable, life-saving blood supply for patients in need. Each month, we invite community members, local businesses, and the Chambers of Commerce to help us spread the word and encourage more individuals to donate.
Why Your Donation Matters
Every drop counts. Blood donations support vital medical treatments—from emergency surgeries and cancer therapies to routine medical procedures. By donating, you directly help save lives and support the well-being of our community. Blood Assurance is the primary supplier to Williamson Health as well as most of the hospitals in Middle Tennessee. Your donation goes to helping our friends, family and neighbors. We urge everyone who is eligible to consider donating and to share this call to action with friends, family, and colleagues.

We are reaching out to the local Chambers of Commerce to assist in promoting these events. Your support is instrumental in making sure that every eligible donor has the opportunity to contribute.
All donors who give from March 1st-17th will receive a special “Shenanigans” t-shirt. Those who donate between March 18th and the 31st will be entered to win a $500 e-gift card! O-negative donors and AB-plasma donors who give during this month will also be eligible for a $25 e-gift card.
To be eligible to donate, you must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with parental consent), weigh 110 pounds or more and be in good health. Donors are asked to drink plenty of fluids and eat a hearty meal prior to donating.
