BLOOD ASSURANCE TEAMS UP WITH COOLSPRINGS GALLERIA FOR COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (August 4, 2025) – Blood Assurance is asking the community to roll up a sleeve during their next community blood drive at CoolSprings Galleria.

The drive is scheduled for Thursday, August 22, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The drive will take place inside the mall in front of the JCPenney common area, located at 1800 Galleria Blvd., Franklin, TN 37067. All donors will receive a $20 e-gift card as a thank-you for their lifesaving donation. O-negative donors can earn a $25 e-gift card instead!

Just one whole blood donation can help up to three patients in local hospitals. Blood Assurance is the primary supplier of blood products to most of the hospitals in Middle Tennessee, including Williamson Health, so your donation makes a huge impact at the local level!

Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.

To be eligible, donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health. Donors are encouraged to eat an iron-rich meal, drink plenty of water, and avoid caffeine before donating.
