Franklin Special District to Host Careers & Connections Networking Event
Franklin Special District is excited to host a Careers & Connections Networking Event, a reimagined recruitment experience designed to welcome and connect with future educators and school-based professionals.
Unlike a traditional job fair, this event focuses on conversation, exploration, and relationship-building. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet school leaders and district staff, learn about FSD’s culture and support systems, and share their interests and career goals—even if positions are not yet posted.
By hosting the event early in the year, FSD aims to provide transparency around anticipated openings and hiring timelines while building a strong pipeline of future educators and staff. This approach reflects the district’s commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and long-term professional growth.
The event will feature conversation hubs with administrators and leadership representing various grade levels and roles, along with informational stations highlighting employee benefits, new teacher support, student services, and classified career opportunities.
