Mason Music Celebrates Grand Re-Opening of Brentwood Location Following Acquisition of Sky Studios
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — Mason Music is inviting the Brentwood community to celebrate the grand re-opening of its Brentwood music school—formerly Sky Studios—on Saturday, July 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The free, family-friendly event will feature live music from staff and students, studio tours, games, refreshments, hands-on music activities, and one extraordinary giveaway: a lifetime of free music lessons for one lucky winner.
Mason Music acquired Sky Studios in January 2026 and has spent the past several months completing a full rebrand and renovation of the location. The studio now features Mason Music’s updated branding, refreshed interior spaces, and proven operational systems, while retaining the same talented teaching staff that families have come to know and trust.
Today, Mason Music serves more than 1,400 students each week across eight locations throughout Birmingham, Huntsville, and Brentwood.
Known for exceptional teachers, outstanding customer service, and personalized instruction, Mason Music partners with each student to learn the music they love while developing skills and confidence that last a lifetime. Former Sky Studios owner Schylar Shoates continues to play a key role in the Brentwood location and now leads Mason Music’s recording initiatives, creating new opportunities for students interested in songwriting, recording, and music production.
