The Precisionists now hiring 25 positions for neurodiverse people in Nashville
The Frist Center for Autism & Innovation at Vanderbilt University works closely with the The Precisionists Inc (TPI) for employment opportunities for autistic and other neurodiverse people. TPI is currently recruiting for neurodiverse talent in Nashville (they also have locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Ohio).
TPI has 25 full-time job opportunities in downtown Nashville in Data and Business Analysis, Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Testing, and Software Engineering positions. TPI assesses candidates’ abilities holistically and can help identify well matched job opportunities even for individuals who have no prior experience in these areas.
Candidates would be invited to attend a free, three- or four-week assessment program (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) to help assess their strengths, motivators, build trust, and establish some business acumen. The goal at the end of the assessment would be a full-time position. Employment is not guaranteed, though TPI has a high success rate.
If you’re interested in this opportunity, please go to the TPI website and complete a Statement of Interest Form (https://theprecisionists.com/careers/).
