Saffire Restaurant to preview new menu at The Factory at Franklin’s celebratory Tennessee Whiskey Week Dinner

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (May 3, 2024) — Saffire Restaurant joins The Factory at Franklin in celebrating Tennessee Whiskey Week with a three-course dinner in Liberty Hall from 6-8 PM on Monday, May 13th.

Locals and visitors alike who have missed the elevated flavors of Saffire’s Southern cuisine will have the chance to sample their new menu later this month. Last year, TomKats Hospitality announced their plans to bring Saffire back to The Factory after closing in 2017.

As Tennessee Whiskey Week rolls through Franklin, TN, The Factory will host an evening in honor of the state’s favorite spirit with the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. Each main course will be paired with whiskey samples from Nashville Barrel Company, alongside a performance by Charles “Wigg” Walker.

For those curious about which Saffire favorites will be served, the menu follows:

Salad:
Ribbons of iceberg and romaine, crumbled blue cheese, spicy candied pecans, white peach vinaigrette, crispy root vegetable shards

Main Course:
Shrimp and grits with bbq beurre blanc
Espresso-rubbed brisket with cippolini and cilantro pesto
Grilled airline chicken breast with Nashville Barrel Company bourbon sauce

Sides:
Grilled broccolini with black garlic and saffron aioli
Roasted fingerling potatoes with herbs and garlic butter

Dessert:
Bourbon peach bites with cinnamon crumble and whipped cream
