NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 19, 2020) A. Marshall Hospitality’s Southern eatery & live music venue Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant announces the relaunch of its music program beginning this weekend. For the first time since the pandemic began, Puckett’s will welcome back songwriters beginning Friday, June 19 at their Nashville, Franklin and Columbia locations.

Songwriter performances have become a hallmark of Puckett’s, with musical roots tracing back to the brand’s original Leiper’s Fork location. Over the years, the iconic Puckett’s stage has hosted up-and-coming artists and veterans alike. “Music is such an important draw to our area, and we are excited to host artists on our stage once again,” stated owner and CEO, Andy Marshall. “It is time to safely bring some music back and bring a little joy to everyone during these trying times.”

On Friday, June 19, Barrett Baber will take the stage at Puckett’s Nashville at 8 p.m. Baber’s career took off after appearing on Season 9 of The Voice and writing the hit single “Nothin’ on You,” sung by Cody Johnson.

On Saturday, June 20, husband-and-wife singer-songwriter duo Johnny Bulford and Heidi Raye partner up at Puckett’s Franklin starting at 8 p.m. Bulford is a triple platinum-certified writer known for penning hit songs including “Lonely Eyes” performed by Chris Young and “Woman Like You” performed by Lee Brice. Raye has garnered nearly a million streams on Spotify, and tracks from her debut EP Worth a Shot have become Top 40 hits on the Music Row chart.

Also on Saturday, June 20 at 8 p.m., Wynn Varble will play a round at Puckett’s Columbia. A fan-favorite of the Columbia community, Varble is known for writing many number-one hits including songs performed by Easton Corbin, Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley and Trace Adkins.
