On Friday, April 16th, Williamson County Chamber member Rockridge Venture Law® led a group of Yale University graduate students through the nuts and bolts of launching, operating, and raising capital for mission-oriented businesses. Rockridge® is pleased to partner with the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY) to foster entrepreneurship that combines profit and purpose. Rockridge attorney Kevin Christopher led the April 16th workshop and has volunteered over 100 hours this year to mentoring Yale entrepreneurs participating in the Tsai City Accelerator program. This year’s entrepreneurs are innovating around mental health, sustainable agriculture, nutrition, and many other environmental and social needs.

Rockridge joined the Williamson County Chamber in 2021 and is led by Brentwood native Kevin Christopher. Kevin spent a decade in San Francisco leading biotech entrepreneurship and technology commercialization programs before relocating with his family to Tennessee and launching Rockridge in 2017. Kevin is an alumnus of Leadership Tennessee and the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law program, and his practice areas include intellectual property, data privacy, securities, and startups.
