I founded the firm after seeing — for years on end during my career in corporate HR — the detrimental financial effects underperforming resumes have on candidates. I wanted to build a luxury candidate care firm where clients receive not only door-opening resumes that check all the boxes for metrics, historical business impact and keyword optimization, but also en passant coaching for navigating the recruiting and headhunting arena with more confidence. The need for advocacy and education around pay negotiation remains high across all levels, and especially at the leadership level stakes are high. Failure to negotiate or mistakes in the negotiation strategy lower candidates’ ROI at staggering six figure ranges, which is something we help avoid with our aftercare promise long after the resume is delivered.
